We currently have an opening for an aircraft mechanic - learn more below.

B1.2 Licensed Engineer for Prop Express Scandinavia ApS

Why do pilots always seem to have a better sense of humor than engineers? Because they can "wing" it! At Prop Express Scandinavia ApS, we're looking for a skilled B1.2 licensed engineer with a good sense of humor to join our team.

As a licensed engineer, you'll be responsible for conducting maintenance checks on our four multi-engine piston aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements and manufacturer guidelines. You'll work closely with other team members to identify and rectify faults, conduct repairs as necessary, and keep accurate records of all maintenance work performed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks on our multi-engine piston aircraft in accordance with regulatory requirements and manufacturer guidelines
  • Identifying and rectifying faults and conducting repairs as necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work, including parts used and hours worked.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient aircraft operations.
  • Keeping the hangar clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Completing other ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

  • B1.2 license and experience working on multi-engine piston aircraft.

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and manufacturer guidelines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

While experience with other aircraft types is a plus, we're primarily looking for someone experienced with multi-engine piston aircraft. We offer a competitive salary, a supportive and professional work environment, and training opportunities.

If you're a dedicated and skilled engineer with a passion for aviation maintenance and a good sense of humour, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Let's keep our planes flying high and our spirits higher!
